    Good hotel with its 24-hour reception, poolside snack bar, and fitness centre. I fondly remember how the staff helped me find my lost bracelet during my first stay. I recommend trying the delicious food at the restaurant! I'm excited to come back for another trip.

    Stunning and gorgeous position.

    large rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. the nice view on the city. location close enough to the international airport, the restuarant and an irish resturant for a decent cuppa and hot dinner.

    The room was FILTHY.The rooms and bathrooms are disgusting.The food was acceptable (definitely not a 4 stars hotel food).The ac is not 24 hours and ours was leaking all night.The hotel management decides the ac timings. Appearances fool.

    The food is good, infrastructure for children is very good, location is also very good. Most of the staff is very nice with the exception of the receptionists. Pools are crowded but clean. The beach is also crowded but clean and well organized. Rooms are of good size. They have a branch of a major clinic of Kusadasi inside the hotel, which is very good for families with small children.

    - Receptionists are always angry and without any patience. They also speak poor english even though most of the guests are foreigners. Rooms are not very clean and not well cleaned.

    I didn't like anything. I'was very dissapointed about the hotel and staff.

    Terrible hotel! The hotel is old and shabby. Rooms are dirty. All the windows in the hotel are dirty. The hotel should be renovated as soon as possible. Bathroom was horrible. This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff is inpolite and they don't care about anything. Especially recepcionsts. The towels were old. It is incredible that you can not turn on air conditioning during the day. It is the hotel's policy that you can use ac only during specific time. I would never go back to this hotel.

    We had lots of fun at the kids' pool and the mini club during our family stay. The beach was clean, and the wide range of water sports. The hotel is conveniently located just 84 km from the airport.

    My kids wished for a better variety in kid-friendly meals.

    Cleaning services were terrible. This is the worst thing about this hotel: in our case, the room floor was not cleaned thoughtout our stay. I have feeling that cleaning lady was more busy sorting out our personal belongings than cleaning, toilet was not cleaned, nor floor. Cleaning services in this hotel were the worst I have seen in years. Furthermore, lines for food - one could not wait for meet, the line for chicken or fish was insane.. People waiting in line for a fish for an hour or more.. Lines for food, unbelievable.. To be fair, hotel personnel was pleasant but still... I will never recommend this hotel to anyone
